Mulberry Catering Co is committed to maintaining trust with all of our customers, subscribers and visitors to our website. We want you to know that we are not in the business of selling, renting or trading your data with other companies and businesses, not ever. Google Analytics

When someone visits www.mulberrycatering.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site and see which parts you enjoy most so we can create more of the good stuff. This information is processed in a way that does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Those sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy, and if you have questions about how a site uses your information, you’ll need to check that site’s own Privacy Policy.

Ticketing and Invoicing Data

When you purchase or register for a ticket (or tickets) to a Mulberry Catering Co event your name, email, contact number and any information you provide regarding any dietary requirements or food allergies will be stored in our ticketing system software, ‘Eventbrite’. The servers and databases that power Eventbrite are located in the US. They use a small number of third parties, some of which are outside of the US, to provide their ticketing service and they have contracts with each of them that oblige them to comply with the GDPR. Should you wish to instruct Mulberry Catering Co for outside catering services, we will need to collect your name, address, email, contact number and details of dietary requirements or food allergies that you or your guests may have. Your name and address is stored on our invoicing software which only Mulberry Catering Co employees have access to (and is secured with two-step authentication). Your name, address, email, contact number and details of dietary requirements or food allergies that you or your guests may have will also be stored on our shared-drive so that our team – and only our team – can access these details when delivering the services you have contracted us for. We use ‘Google Drive’ as our shared drive which is saved on the ‘Google Cloud’, you can read all about how seriously they take data security here.

Access to your personal information

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold on you. Email your request to our data protection officer josh@mulberrycatering.co.uk and he’ll get right on it.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy was created on the 1st January 2019. We plan to review it annually. However we may change this policy from time to time and not tell you, so make sure you check back regularly if it’s important to you.
